FAQ

  1. Are you fully licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed builders. Any persons offering to carry out a complete bathroom renovation must hold either a full builders license or a builders license restricted to kitchens and bathrooms. Trade contractors such as carpenters, tilers and plumbers are unable to carry out your full bathroom renovation, they are restricted to their trade categories only.

  2. How long will my bathroom renovation take?

This depends on your home's construction. The average bathroom renovation can take up to 20 working days. However, this may increase depending on selection and product availability, e.g. frameless or toughened-glass shower screens.

  3. Will we be able to live in our home during the renovation?

Yes, but you'll need to be prepared! Remember, your bathroom is unusable for the duration of the project. Walkways are also covered during the renovation, and the site is cleaned each day by our trades' team. You will also be without water and power on occasion, usually at the start and completion of the renovation.

  4. What kind of contract do you offer?

We use and recommend HIA Building Contracts.

  5. Does your business have the appropriate insurance required?

Yes, we have $10,000,000 Public and Products Liability Insurance, we offer Home Warranty Insurance for projects over $20,000. Being a fully licensed builder you have the support of Fair Trading.
